• Yes, it is. Ordering online is quick, simple and safe.  Your payment is processed using secure servers and we never store any card details.  If you prefer, we can also take your order over the phone.

When will I get my order?

• All orders placed by 4pm are usually dispatched the same day, for  next working day delivery.  If you prefer delivery on a date of your choice please contact us.

• Unwanted items can be returned anytime up to seven working days starting the day after delivery.  Make a return.

Can I collect from you?

• You are welcome to collect your order from our West London warehouse.  We are a mail order company so please contact us to arrange in advance.

Where do you deliver?

• We offer delivery to Mainland UK (Excl. Scottish Highlands) only.  For delivery to all other areas please contact us us for a delivery price.
